Summary

This survey was sent to 21 adults (including married couples who count as one vote) and ~60% of people responded.

Based on the collected results:

• July 23-26 were the best dates to hold the reunion.

• 50% of people want this first reunion to be Ruff family tree only.

• 75% of people wanted an East Coast Beach Vacation**

• 50% of people chose Florida as the reunion destination.**

• Almost 60% of people who took the survey requested some form of an AirBNB or shared family housing.**

• Based on survey responses, the $200–$300 per night price range emerged as the most balanced option. Reviewing the survey results, ~75% of participants preferred accommodations at or below $300 per night.**

• The most requested activities were Family Dinner, Game Night, and a Group Excursion, with fun additions like an Uno tournament, basketball, and shopping also suggested.

**Based on survey feedback around location, budget, and accommodations, a hotel in Orlando, Florida has been selected.

While the hotel is not beachfront, it offers nearby water attractions and family-friendly activities.

To help keep costs reasonable for everyone, the reunion weekend will not include visits to Disney or Universal. Families who wish to extend their stay are welcome to plan additional outings before or after the reunion outside of the group hotel reservation.
